Shipping costs are based on the principle of a flat rate.

They include preparation, packaging and shipping costs.
All our shipments are made by Colissimo with online tracking and counter-signature delivery.


Metropolitan France, Monaco and Andorra:

€7.99 at home, at Colissimo network relay points or post offices.
Delivery is free from 99€ of purchases.

 

Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands:

Up to €149 in purchases, flat rate of €14.99.
Beyond 149€ of purchases, fixed contribution of 4.99€.

 

Italy, Spain, Portugal:

Up to €399 in purchases, flat rate of €19.99.
Beyond €399 of purchases, flat-rate contribution of €4.99.

 

Other European countries:

Flat rate contribution of €23.99.

Availability of items

A majority of the products sold on the site are in stock. These products are marked as such on their descriptive sheets by a small green pictogram. Orders consisting of these items are processed and delivered to the carrier within 24 hours.

Orders are then sent by Colissimo with delivery against signature generally within 48 hours (for mainland France). Example: If you place an order consisting of in-stock items on a Monday at 2:00 p.m., you will be delivered on Wednesday.

Shipments are made on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays of each week.

Our catalog also offers you products available from our various suppliers. The average supply times for these products are mentioned on the item sheet and indicated by an orange pictogram.

Item offered for pre-orders

We offer a pre-order service for products announced by suppliers a few weeks or months in advance (indicated by a blue pictogram). This option is ideal to be sure to receive new products as soon as they are released or to avoid the risk of missing a limited edition item which could be entirely pre-sold before its actual availability. For items offered for pre-order, we indicate the estimated availability dates which are those provided by the manufacturers and/or suppliers. These may be subject to modifications beyond our control and are therefore communicated with reservations. Delays are very common! We tell you this in complete transparency and straightforwardness.
Orders made up of items in stock and items on pre-order (or requiring restocking from one of our suppliers) are only delivered when all of the items in the basket are deliverable.

If you wish to order in-stock and out-of-stock items, we therefore advise you to place separate orders in order to receive items already available as soon as possible.
You can have an order delivered to an address different from your billing address.
Tell us if it is a gift and the invoice will be sent to you by email and not attached to the package.
All our shipments are prepared with the greatest care (reinforced cardboard, protection of objects) so that the products travel in the best conditions and are insured against loss, theft or damage.
When you receive your package, take the time to check its condition and check the contents in the presence of the delivery person.

 

TAX FREE

Orders and delivery costs outside the Euro zone are automatically invoiced excluding VAT. On the other hand, if you request delivery outside French territory, your order may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties when it arrives at its destination.
Payment of these duties and taxes is your responsibility and we invite you to inquire with the competent authorities in your country. You must also check the possibilities of importing or using the products you order from us in the country of destination.
