In 1942, appeared in daily strips in the "le Soir volé", controlled by the Propaganda Department, the original story of the extraordinary adventure of Secret of the Unicorn. The boards are then cut in 1943 to reduce the number of cases and allow Casterman released the album, despite the scarcity of paper. In 2004, in tribute to 75 years of Tintin, these strips have been republished in The Either from the film print found at the Foundation Hergé
. These are for the first time together in this full Secret of the Unicorn, as in Italian format, such that Hergé
had created. With these new plates, not edited, added many comments and documents, the master of the clear button at the top of his graphic art and narrative.
